Terms & Conditions

1. This package is sold in CAD, inclusive of taxes & service charges.
2. Prices include roundtrip economy airfare from Toronto to Cancun on Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge and include taxes & fees.
3. Prices include roundtrip shared transfers between Cancun airport and resort.
4. Tuition is sold in CAD.
5. Price valid at the time of printing and subject to change without notice. prices become guaranteed with payment.
6. Sea Courses is not responsible for any international currency conversion rate fluctuations charged by your credit card or financial institution.
7.Non-refundable deposit of 25% of package is due at time of booking.
8. Non-refundable tuition deposit of $150 per attendee is due at time of booking to reserve your seat in the conference. Only paid registrants receive a certificate of attendance.
9. Second deposit of 25% of balance of trip is due by October 14, 2025.
10.Third deposit of 40% of balance of trip is due by June 23, 2026.
11.Final payment for trip and tuition is due by October 20, 2026.
12.Cancellations prior to October 14, 2025 – penalty is loss of deposit.
13.Cancellations between October 14, 2025 and June 23, 2026 – penalty is 25% of the total price.
14.Cancellations between June 23, 2026 and October 20, 2026—penalty is 40% of the total price.
15.Cancellations after October 20, 2026 – penalty is 100% of the total price and tuition.
16.Trip and conference must be booked through Sea Courses.
17.A $100 CAD per person admin fee will be charged by sea Courses for any cancellation.
18. Sea Courses reserves the right to change speakers and/or program content at any time. Sea Courses reserves the right to cancel the course for just cause. Upon cancellation, registration fee will be returned or held as a future credit.

Environmental Sanitation Fee & Cancun Visitax .
The municipal government of Cancun has imposed an
environmental sanitation fee which will be collected by hotels
in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Guests will pay a fee
between $30 and $40 pesos (approx. $3.00 - $4.00 CAD)
per room, per night. This is a mandatory fee and will be
collected locally by the hotel. This fee is subject to change
without prior notice. Additionally, Starting from April 1,
2021, the state of Quintana Roo and the Mexican state
authority has made it compulsory for foreign visitors above
the age of 4 to pay tourist tax or commonly called Visitax.
