Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our Falcon Fright Golf Tournament! Volunteers play an important role in helping make this event a success while supporting Pepin Academies students and classrooms.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, October 24th

Location: Roger's Park Golf Course (7911 N. 30th St. Tampa, FL 33610)

Volunteer Information
- Volunteers will be assigned to various duties throughout their shift based on event needs.
- You may indicate a preferred volunteer assignment; however, preferences cannot be guaranteed.
- Most volunteer positions will require standing, walking, lifting, and working outdoors.
- Please use the comments section to note any physical restrictions, accessibility needs, or scheduling considerations.
- Volunteers must be at least 18 years old unless prior approval has been granted by event staff.
- Additional event details, arrival instructions, and assignment information will be provided prior to the tournament.

Shift 1: Setup, Check-In & Early Tournament Support

Time: 6:00 AM - 11:15 AM
Volunteers Needed: 10

Responsibilities May Include:
- Delivering tents, tables, coolers, and supplies to course locations
- Setting up tents, activity stations, registration, breakfast, raffle, and silent auction areas
- Placing hole signs and event signage
- Checking in golfers and welcoming guests
- Selling raffle tickets and Happy Gilmore passes
- Staffing on-course activity tents (Happy Gilmore Hole, Boogeyman Booth Prize Tent, etc.)
- Supporting the beverage cart and restocking course supplies
- Assisting with other event needs as assigned

Shift 2: Tournament Support, Awards & Cleanup

Time: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Volunteers Needed: 10

Responsibilities May Include:
- Staffing on-course activity tents (Happy Gilmore Hole, Boogeyman Booth Prize Tent, etc.)
- Supporting the beverage cart and restocking supplies and ice
- Providing floating support for course activities and guest assistance
- Assisting with awards lunch setup and silent auction checkout
- Making event announcements and answering guest questions
- Breaking down tents, tables, signage, and activity areas
- Packing supplies, gathering decorations and raffle materials, and consolidating equipment
- Loading vehicles and assisting with final event cleanup
- Assisting with other event needs as assigned
