Fall Open House Exhibitor Application Form

One six-foot table with a burgundy table cloth will be provided. You are encouraged to bring a colorful table cloth to cover ours. Your available space will be immediately in front of and behind your table. Exhibitor's may enter to set up between 7:00pm - 8:00pm on Friday October 10 or between 8:00am - 8:45am on Saturday October 11. Event begins 9:00AM on Saturday, September 14. Weather providing, some spaces may be set up outside on the parking lot. If the weather looks at all iffy, we will move all spaces indoors.
