2026 Masonic Band Camp - Sponsorship Submission
This sponsorship application is to be used for Masonic Lodges submitting sponsorship information for students who have already submitted their sponsorship request with the Kansas Shrine Bowl office. If you are sending in a sponsorship application for a student that has completed their hard-copy paper application with your lodge, please use the Masonic Lodge Sponsorship Application button on the previous page. An invoice will be sent to the email listed for the sponsoring lodge for payment processing after submission of this form.
