2026 Masonic Band Camp - Sponsorship Application
This sponsorship application is to be used for Masonic Lodges submitting sponsorship applications for students that they have collected registration information for themselves using the hard-copy paper applications. If you are sending in a sponsorship application for a student that has already completed their sponsorship request with the Kansas Shrine Bowl office, please use the Masonic Lodge Sponsorship Submission button on the previous page. An invoice will be sent to the email listed for the sponsoring lodge for payment processing after submission of this form.
