NCME Form for Board Nominations and Priorities, 2025 - 2026

The purpose of this form is to collect information about NCME member nominations for the 2025-2026 Nominating Committee (Andrew Ho, Derek Briggs, and Kristen Huff) to set the election slate for NCME board terms beginning in April 2026. Only the Nominating Committee and NCME Staff will have access to this information unless submitters elect explicitly to share this information with future Nominating Committees and future Presidents for future elections and appointments. Nominations are due by 11:59pm PT on November 14, 2025.
