REMOTE ACCESS LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

BYOD – Bring Your Own Device Requirements

In order to properly perform your required day to day required job duties and role, we require the following minimum specifications and configurations for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Mac and PC computers as well as your working environment:

 

PC / Windows Computer

·       Computer must be in 100% Good working order without existing freezing, slow downs, and issues

 ·      At least 50gb of available internal hard drive space for programs, data, etc

·      Windows 11 (or newer) Pro required.  Non Activated Copies are not permitted and neither are non Pro (aka Home versions) or Windows 10,8,7.

·      Properly updated computer where it has the last 6 months of updated Security patches and Operating System Updates for Windows

·      Computer Hardware specs should meet the following.  Processor at least an Intel i3 dual or more core processor (quad recommended), 8gb RAM but 16gb RAM recommended 

·       Home Network wifi or ethernet should have adequate bandwidth for download and upload speeds, as well as be reliable to meet the demands of our Software and day to day work requests.

 

Mac / Apple Computer

·       Computer must be in 100% Good working order without existing freezing, slow downs, and issues

·      At least 50gb of available internal hard drive space for programs, data.

·  Mac OS Version must be no older than 2 or less years.  Any older operating systems must be updated to meet this criteria in order to work with our software.

·      Properly updated computer where it has the last 6 months of updated Security patches and Operating System Updates for Mac OS. 

·      Computer Hardware specs should meet the following.  Processor at least an Intel i5 dual or more core processor (quad recommended), 8gb RAM but 16gb RAM recommended

·       Home Network wifi or ethernet should have adequate bandwidth for download and upload speeds, as well as be reliable to meet the demands of our Software and day to day work requests.

 

Please note, even if your computer meets these specs, there is a possibility that your computer might have prior issues that cause freezing, crashes, or the inability to properly perform the day to day duties to run Primitive Software. You or your hiring agency are responsible for making sure that your computer is in good working order, as well as your network working environment.

 

Remote Access Liability Disclaimer
By allowing Primitive Company to remotely access your own, or an external agency supplied Computer, Network, Device, or Equipment, that is not the property of Primitive Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Permission to Remotely Access Computer, Network, Hardware, Software and/or Stored Data. This document specifically grants Primitive Company permission and passage to access you, the hire’s computer and data networks, hardware, programs and stored data files. This access is granted to facilitate the installation of needed programs, settings and data, in order for you to conduct business with Primitive Company. During this Remote Access, Primitive Company may troubleshoot, evaluate, run programs or install/uninstall software, reconfigure and/or otherwise perform service or technical support work on said computer, any network or equipment that is attached, either directly or through an internal network. Primitive Company may make any changes that they determine are necessary to allow you to conduct business with Primitive Company.

This permission is granted fully, without limit and willfully by hire, and said evaluation takes place at ehire’s direct request. In no event shall Primitive Company be liable for any data loss, either currently or previously stored on any computing equipment at clients home or on client’s business network, further clarifying and affirming the separation of liability authorized and executed by hire. By allowing Primitive Company to remote in, hire agrees to all of these terms and conditions.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Primitive Company, or its employees, or its assigns be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruptions, loss of business information or any other real or pecuniary loss) arising out of Primitive Company’s access to hire’s computer(s) or network(s), even if Primitive Company and its employees or assigns have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

 IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIMITIVE COMPANY AND/OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR OFFICERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTUOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY SOFTWARE, OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT, FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, ANY LOSS OF DATA OR USE OF YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.

By Signing below, you agree that you have read and understand the Remote Access Liability Disclaimer and hereby give consent to Primitive Company to remotely access your computer.
