GSRV considers staff availability, community impact, current scheduled events and staff travel time for all requests. We will reply within 10-15 business days of your event to confirm if we can accommodate your Pop-Up or Pick-Up Shop request. Last minute cancellations are rare, but may occur due to sudden illness, staff emergencies or severe weather. Someone from our team will reach out in the event of a last minute cancellation.
