SIZE AND FORMAT OF SUBMITTED IMAGES

Each image you submit will be automatically fit onto an 8.5x11 page for our jurors. If you don't want your image to be grainy, chopped off, or too tiny, please follow these guidelines:
- FORMAT: we accept JPG, JPEG, or PNG image files.
- RESOLUTION: 300 dpi recommended
- SIZE: your image will be automatically sized to fit on an 8.5x 11 page for our jurors. If your image is exceptionally long or wide, it will be reduced to fit. You may prefer to break a larger spread into smaller individual image uploads.
EACH SUBMITTED IMAGE MUST HAVE A PROOF FILE.

This file is PROOF that the work was first published in the appropriate calendar year so it needs to show the date along with evidence it goes with the work submitted. See Submission Guidelines for examples of appropriate proof.
