Client Acknowledgment:

I confirm that the service listed above has been provided, starting and ending at the times noted. I understand that any additional time is billable at $15 per 15 minutes.

 

Deposit (Read-only text) → “A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to start your booking.” This is to confirm appointment and to make sure your time is locked in with hassle free service.
Anything after 45 mins will have normal charge

Standard Pricing (Read-only text) → “$35 for 45 minutes,  

Need more time $15 additional - after 15 mins.

-Gift Wrapping

$20 confirmation fee to hold placement and confirm- travel. -fuel
Drop off ( fee goes toward gift wrapping )

If traveling to your home for gift wrapping-fee is $20 for travel time

Handled Grocery store Run please provide list from store. If more than one store than please call to explain or you may email or text how to move forward $25-$35 depending on list

Gift Wrapping- Text number of Gifts / vary with size and decoration Drop off / Pick up / Schedule In Home

Gift Shopping- Give budget. Occasion. Location Corporate, Birthday , Anniversary etc.

“By submitting this form, you agree to:

• A $35 deposit to secure your time slot (non-refundable if service is canceled).

• If cancellation occurs after 15 minutes, additional time will be calculated based on the rate of $15 per 15 minutes or $60 for the  hour

• Payment for the full service is required upon completion
