  • PAYMENT: Once you submit this form, I will reach out to you via Instagram DM within 1-3 days if I have accepted your tattoo request. I will confirm our appointment date/time with you, and then a $100 non-refundable deposit will be immediately required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the overall cost of your tattoo. Deposits are accepted through Venmo. The remaining tattoo cost is due on the day of the appointment, paid in cash (preferred) or Venmo. (When paying via Venmo, please use random emojis in the description.)

    PRICING: My current minimum is $150. I price by design, and I charge an additional $100 design fee for custom tattoos. I can provide an approximate pricing range for your tattoo upon request. Please note that this is a general estimate and may not reflect the exact cost of your tattoo upon completion. If you have a budget, please let me know, and I will do my best to factor that into the overall tattoo cost/design and discuss it with you before our appointment.

    RESCHEDULE/
    CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours of our appointment. Once a rescheduled date is confirmed, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. 

    I allow up to one reschedule with your original deposit. If another reschedule occurs, your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be required. If you need to cancel your appointment altogether without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. 

    No call/no shows (without contacting me) will be blacklisted from scheduling any future appointments. 

    LATENESS/APPOINTMENT TIME: Please let me know as soon as you can if you are running late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to schedule a new appointment. 

    APPOINTMENT TERMINATION: I reserve the right to terminate an appointment before or during at my discretion.

    DESIGNS: Custom designs will be shown at your scheduled appointment, and may be tweaked or redrawn slightly in person. Significant design changes will require an additional $50 design fee. Requested major changes to the overall size or detail of a flash or custom tattoo will be reflected in the overall tattoo cost. Major design changes on the day of an appointment may result in a reschedule.

    APPOINTMENT LENGTH: Please let me know if you have a time constraint, are traveling a far distance, etc. Tattoos can be a lengthy process, from the time it takes to set up, discuss the design and placement, taking breaks, etc. I will do my best to provide a rough estimate of our appointment length upon request. 

    APPOINTMENT PREPARATION: Please make sure you are properly hydrated and have eaten before your appointment. You can absolutely bring snacks if you'd like!
