Please book 3-4 weeks before event, otherwise we will do our best to accommodate.
All Package includes: 1-2 baristas, ceremonial grade matcha and/or coffee, custom menu design to match theme, straws, cups/lids, set-up & clean up.
Package A: 50 cups / 2 items from the menu / 2 hrs of service
Cost: $420
Package B: 100 cups / 4 items from the menu / 4 hrs of service
Cost: $800
Custom Package: Lets set up a call and we can discuss a package that fits best for your event.
Please note that any cups served beyond the number originally booked will incur an additional charge of $10 per cup, which will be reflected on your final invoice. Main point of contact will have the option to confirm or decline the additional service at time of event.
- Service time will continue to run without pause.
-If service is requested for an outdoor event, weather must be between 60-90 degree F and winds must be under 10 mph.
After submitting: We will send you a confirmation email for review. 50% deposit must be completed within 72 hrs of receiving confirmation email.
Cancelation: To receive deposit refund, customer must cancel 30 days prior to event date. Canceling within d-date will result in forfiting deposit.
