Your $195 registration fee covers your participation as an Entrée / Meal Vendor. Your primary entrée specialty is used to help us maintain a diverse selection of food vendors and is subject to limited availability. Selecting a specialty does not guarantee final approval of your complete menu. The Festival Committee will review your proposed menu and may request changes to major entrée offerings in order to maintain food variety.
