    Ticket Information:

    • Advanced tickets purchased by May 8   $20
    • Tickets purchased day of Tour, May 9    $25
    • Children 12 & Under are FREE

    Ticket purchases are nonrefundable  -  Event is Rain or Shine

     To Purchase:

    • Select the number of tickets that you want to purchase.
    • Fill in the requested information.
    • If using Credit/Debit: Fill in your card information and click Submit. You will receive a Thank You Message. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a Ticket Confirmation email (sent to the email address you enter below) from Jotform that will have your ticket number(s) and payment method. The subject line will read "DCMGA 2026 Garden Tour Ticket Purchase Confirmation".  It will include an attached brochure.
    • If using PayPal: Select PayPal and click Submit. A separate browser tab will open, allowing you to log in to PayPal with your credentials. PayPal offers multiple payment methods. Choose your method of payment and complete your payment transaction. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a Ticket Confirmation email (sent to the email address you enter below) from Jotform that will have your ticket number(s) and payment method. The subject line will read "DCMGA 2026 Garden Tour Ticket Purchase Confirmation". It will include an attached brochure.  You will also receive a confirmation email from PalPal.

    All Ticket Sales are final, and the tour will go on rain or shine.

    2/14/26 per email from Melissa, Erin wants the AgriLife logo, eeo and disability statement added to the ticket form. Melissa's team has already added these to the attachment document and the EEO and disability statements are already on the email that go to the purchaser on their confirmation email.

    added the following AgriLife statement to submitter confirmation email. 

    “Persons with disabilities needing accommodations for effective participation in the meeting should contact Denton County AgriLife Extension office at least a week in advance of the meeting or event to request mobility, visual, hearing or other assistance.”

    12/7/25 - made changes to the Title of The Grove to The Grove and Earth Kind Garden at Sandy Jacobs Government Center and the address from 1020 to 1029 W Rosemead Parkway.

    12/2/25 - changed Ricky Wilkins email on the PM notification 

    Added FB and Instagram URL's to the submitters auto response email verbiage.

    - Both Introductions - Normal and Flash Sale, were requested to be updated by Melissa Weaver and Becky Collins who provided new verbiage.

    - The email confirmation for the Puchaser heading was also updated per Melissa and Becky's instructions.

    The following was the original introduction and is Hidden and skipped in the conditions for all three intros.

    Advanced purchase tickets for adults are $20.00 now, and will be $25.00 on tour day. Children 12 and under are FREE. Ticket purchases are not refundable. The garden tour will take place rain or shine.

    Instructions:

    After selecting the number of tickets that you want to purchase and entering your contact information, select the Payment method below.

    You will be directed securely to PayPal to complete your payment. You can pay with a credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account by selecting "Pay with a creditor debit card" below.

    After the PayPal transaction is complete, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your purchase as well as an email from Jotform (noreply@jotform.com) with the subject line "2026 Garden Tour Ticket Purchase Confirmation"

    Details about the tour including the garden addresses and map will be emailed a few days before the tour. Please be prepared to provide your ticket number at the first garden you visit.
