    Set sail on a creative escape where sun, sea, and stitching come together in the Caribbean’s turquoise waters. Our itinerary features two gems - Aruba and Turks & Caicos - where white-sand beaches and vibrant island culture await.

    This is a social stitcher’s getaway: a relaxed, free-sew retreat where you set the pace. Bring your sewing, quilting, and needlework UFOs or start a new one with us. Spread out in our dedicated ocean view room, and enjoy plenty of time to create alongside fellow makers. No deadlines, no pressure—just good company and space to do what you love.

    Families and children are welcome, making this the perfect chance to blend your passion for crafting with a tropical escape. With time to stitch, relax, and explore, it’s the ideal mix of community, creativity, and Caribbean beauty.

    Deposit of $250/person ($500 for solo) plus $100 registration fee due at time of booking.

    Register by December 24, 2026 to receive group rates.

    Full payment is due by January 12, 2027. Payment plans are available.

    Rates do not include gratuities, transfers, transportation to Fort Lauderdale, flights from New Jersey/New York, pre/post-cruise accommodation, or travel insurance.

    A deposit of $350 per person is due at booking ($600 for solo travelers). This amount includes your nonrefundable $100 registration fee.

    Once we receive your booking request, Spotlight Cruise and Travel will send you a secure, PCI compliant payment authorization form with which to place your deposit and secure your place on the cruise.

  • Special Requests/Accommodations: Please list any:

  • Accessible staterooms are reserved for guests with a mobility disability or other disability that requires the use of the accessible features that are provided in the stateroom.

    Please download and fill out Guest Special Needs Form and return to info@spotlightcruising.com within three days of registration.  Accessible staterooms are available on a first-come first-served basis and availability is not guaranteed.

  • Crafting Projects & Tools
    Many common needlecraft tools—including scissors, rotary cutters, seam rippers, stilettos, knitting needles, crochet hooks, embroidery needles, and pins—are considered restricted items on cruise ships.

    There is an approval process for these items, and Spotlight Cruise and Travel will manage this on your behalf. Clear instructions on how to pack and present your tools at embarkation will be provided.

    To help us obtain the necessary cruise line approvals, please indicate which craft style(s) and tools you may wish to bring onboard - even if you haven’t finalized your projects yet.  If you think there is a chance you'll want to bring it, please list it here.

  • Payment Information:

    Registration Fee

    • A nonrefundable $100 registration fee per person is required at booking.
    • This secures your place in the group and covers administrative costs.

    Cruise Deposit & Final Payment

    • In addition to the registration fee, a cruise deposit of $250 per person is due at booking ($500 for solo travelers not sharing a stateroom).
    • Combined with the registration fee, the total due at booking is $350 per person ($600 for solo travelers).
    • The remaining balance is due by January 12, 2027.
    • A payment plan is available upon request.
    • All payments are collected securely via Spotlight Cruise and Travel’s PCI-compliant payment authorization form.


    Pre-Cruise Hotel & Transfers (Optional)

    • If you add the group hotel or transfer package, payment will be collected closer to departure.
    • Details and deadlines will be provided at the time of booking.


    Travel Insurance

    • Strongly recommended to protect your travel investment.
    • To qualify for bonus coverage, such as a pre-existing condition waiver, travel protection must be purchased at the time of your initial booking/deposit.
    • Premiums vary by age, coverage amount, and selected options.
    • Quotes will be provided after registration.

     

  • Additional Services:

    Rates do not include transfers, transportation to Fort Lauderdale, flights from New Jersey, pre/post-cruise accommodations, or travel insurance. Let our Travel Advisor partner, Keri-Ann White, handle these details for you and ensure a seamless travel experience.

    • I understand that this registration form must be submitted and the $350 per person ($600 for solo travelers) deposit paid to reserve my spot on this exclusive crafting cruise. 

    • I acknowledge that the above deposit includes a $100 per person nonrefundable registration fee.

    • Guests must provide their own sewing machines. Machines will not be available to rent or borrow onboard due to customs restrictions.
    • Guests are responsible for carrying their own sewing machines on board as part of their personal carry-on luggage, using either a dedicated sewing machine bag, tool bag, or something similar.

    • Upon boarding, all machines will be securely stored in our designated classroom space and may not be used in guest rooms.
