    The information given on this form will be used to help find a suitable cat/kitten for you. If you adopt a cat/kitten we will retain a copy on file with the cat/kitten's record. If you do not adopt a cat/kitten, a copy will be retained at the ManxSPCA for three months, in case you visit us again.

    You understand that the cat will be rehomed as a pet and is not to be kept outside. The cat will be rehomed to you as a companion, notfor breeding purposes. The ManxSPCA reserves the right to reclaim the cat if it feels the cat is not being fed, housed or cared for toits satisfaction. Should the cat ever leave your care, it MUST be returned to the ManxSPCA.
