About the projects:

As part of the European Solidarity Corps initiative, we are seeking enthusiastic long-term volunteers to join us at the “Common Sense” Youth Organisation in Sumgait, Azerbaijan. Volunteers will have the opportunity to take part in various activities according to their interests and profiles. Tasks will mainly be:

Public relations team member:

Photo & Video Shooting: Capture daily activities and events to highlight our impact and share engaging stories.
Video Editing & Graphic Design: Use your creative eye and technical skills to produce high-quality videos and visually appealing designs for social media, campaigns, and publications.
Create Compelling Visual Content: Your expertise in multimedia will help create graphics, videos, and other materials that captivate our audience and strengthen our brand identity across platforms.
Assist the PR Manager: Work closely with the PR Manager in executing social media strategies, managing our online presence, and developing innovative content. Collaborate on community engagement and performance analysis to meet PR goals.
Monitor & Analyse: Track social media metrics, evaluate performance, and use insights to refine strategies for stronger outreach and visibility.

Accommodation and costs are fully covered by the project budget.

Travel costs will be covered according to the distance calculation of the EU.
Volunteers will get a monthly 250 AZN (~150 €) for food and 6 € per day pocket money.
Accommodation is provided in the "Yuxu co-living" space. Volunteers will stay in an individual room with wifi, a common kitchen, and a bathroom. At the house, all facilities are available.
Insurance is covered by the European Solidarity Corps (Henner Insurance).
We will provide some amount for local transportation costs and a bicycle.

Profile of Participants:

Aged between 18 and 30 years old
Enthusiastic, active, and either experienced or motivated to learn in the mentioned fields
Interested in non-formal education, cultural event organization, social media, or project coordination
Able to communicate in English (speaking and understanding required)
Shares the organization’s values: transculturalism, inclusivity, anti-discrimination, and open-mindedness toward cultural differences
Available and motivated to stay for the full one-year project duration
