Location:         PDR Fire House, Prairie du Rocher, IL

Fee:                $20 per space

*Fair will be open to the public from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

*This is an outdoor event and it will take place rain or shine, no refunds will be given. Fee MUST be paid in advance, to hold your space.
*We will not allow the same vendor company to be represented twice, so it is on a first come first serve basis (i.e. Scentsy, Pampered Chef,
etc.). On company represented vendors verbal or email confirmation of coming will hold your place for 1 week, if payment is not received
in 1 week, we will allow someone else with that company to be represented. However, on the hand crafted or baked good items, we will
not limit like items.

*Booth size will be approx 10x10. This is an outdoor event. Please bring your own canopy in the event of rain. No cover will be provided.
Incase it’s windy, please bring weights, not stakes for your canopies as you will not be setup in the grass. Must bring your own table and
chairs and table covers.

*Set-up may begin at 9:00 am. All booths must be set up by 10:30 am

*You must unload from the designated area that will be marked “Vendor/Crafter unloading area”. This area is for quick unloading only,
please unload you items to your space and move your car to a parking space, before setting up your area. This will be on the C Avenue (behind the post office). It gets bottlenecked quickly, so please unload and quickly as possible and move your car to a parking space. If you have a wagon that might be helpful.

Any injury or damage to persons or property caused by items for sale or display are the sole responsibility of the vendor/crafter and his or her representative. Prairie du Rocher Fire Department shall be held blameless from any liability thereof. I also acknowledge incase of rain the event will still go on, and no refund will be issued if I decide not to come. I give right and permission to the Prairie du Rocher Fire Department to publish, without charge, photographs taken of me at the BBQ & Car Show.
