The Success Training & Empowerment Project (STEP) is a 12-month economic empowerment initiative designed to equip families in St.Petersburg with the skills, tools, and support they need to achieve long-termstability and self-sufficiency.

Through financial education, workforce training, small business support, youth development, and personalized coaching, STEP helps families grow income, strengthen financial habits, and move toward long-term stability and prosperity.
