On November 14, 2024, the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division released its findings, uncovering widespread human rights abuses at the Fulton County Jail. In response, the County has remained silent about next steps and has not sought public input on the future of the FCJ. The People's Process will elevate community voices as we weigh in.
