Parent Contract
  • 1. Trip R Transportation - Parent Transportation Agreement

    This agreement is made between Trip R Transportation ("Company") and the undersigned parent/guardian ("Parent") for the transportation of the student(s) listed below.

  • 2. Parent Responsibilities - Ensure child is at the correct pickup location on time each day. - Communicate absences or changes at least 24 hours in advance. - Keep emergency contact and medical info updated. - Review safety rules (seatbelts, behavior, etc with child.

    3. Missed Pick-Ups - Driver waits maximum of 3 minutes at pickup location. - If child misses the bus, driver may circle back once route is complete. A $15 missed pick-up fee will be charged. - Repeat missed pick-ups may result in suspension of service.

    4. Behavior Expectations - Children must remain seated with seatbelts fastened. - Respectful behavior is expected at all times. - Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in suspension without refund.

    5. Payment Policy - Weekly fee: $45 per child. - Multi-child discount applies to families with 3+ children. - Payments are due every Friday the week prior via our website. WWW.TRIPRTRANSPORTATION.COM- In addition a $10 late fee will be added per day after Monday. - Missed payments may result in suspension of service.

    6. Liability & Safety - Drivers are licensed, background-checked, and trained in child safety. - Vehicles are regularly inspected and equipped with safety restraints. - Parent understands transportation involves risks and agrees not to hold Company liable except in cases of proven negligence.

    7. Communication - Parents will be notified immediately of delays, emergencies, or route changes. - Parent agrees to provide at least two reliable phone numbers for emergency contact.

    8. Termination of Service - Either party may terminate this agreement with one week's notice. - Company may terminate service immediately in cases of repeated non-compliance.
