Payment Plan - Please choose one of the following options:*

Option 1 - Payment Plan: Active Junior Membership and 40% non-refundable deposit to reserve a space in the Tri-City Tennis Academy. The remaining balance will be charged to player's payment profile as follows: 18 Week Program (Remaining balance will be charged in equal payments on the first of the next 3 following months) or 36 Week Program (Remaining balance will be charged in equal payments on the first of the next 6 following months). All payments must process through auto payment or the full remainder of the balance will immediately become due.Option 2 - Full Payment: Active Junior Membership and 40% non-refundable deposit will be collected at time of registration as well as any remaining balance.
Rising Aces: A Program that Fits your Game

Our Rising Aces Academy gives players the flexibility to begin when their schedule allows. Families can choose between 18 week or 36 week commitments, making it easy to fit tennis into their schedule. No need to wait for a set session start - Jump in when they're ready and enjoy consistent training, skill development and progression - Our 2025-2026 Indoor Junior Season officially begins September 15.
Junior Tennis Academy Cancellation & Makeup Policy

We know schedules can get busy so we offer up to 2 makeup classes per player per season. To qualify for a makeup, please email Juniors@tricitytennis.com and at least 24 hours before your class if your player can't attend. Makeups are based on availability and we are not able to offer refunds or credits for missed classes. If a class is missed without notice or cancelled on the same day, we won't be able to offer a makeup. Thanks for helping us keep classes running smoothly - we can't wait to see your player on the court!
Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Release and other terms - By signing below, I agree that I am the parent or legal guardian of the named program participant and that we will abide by all rules and regulations which now exist or which may be hereafter adopted and amended by Tri-City. I further agree to adhere to the terms of the payment plan if I have chosen one above and that if my account is not paid as required Tri-City will charge my credit card for the full amount due plays a late fee of ($25). I acknowledge and agree that there are certain inherent dangers in participation and Tri-City Fitness is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or other loss sustained. In case of an accident or injury, and if the emergency contact cannot be reached, Tri-City is granted permission to obtain medical attention, if necessary, of which I will be financially responsible for. I accept that enrollment in the Tri-City Tennis Academy is for the session length chosen above and that no refunds will be given for withdrawals or absences once the session begins. I also understand that membership is a requirement for participation in this program. Tri-City reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time, under its sole discretion, and its only responsibility will be to refund any amounts previously paid on a pro-rata basis. Tri-City does not guarantee any makeup considerations for classes missed by the named participant, and make-up authorization can only be obtained by contacting Juniors@tricitytennis.com. *
