After School Care

Program Details

Time: 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Location: CM Theatre (activities may also take place outdoors or in the school gym depending on programming)
Fees: 
1 student: $8/hour
2 students: $10/hour
3 students: $12/hour
Late Fees: $1/minute per child after 5:30 pm
Payment: Our program accepts pre-authorized payments only. Please upload a copy of your void cheque/direct deposit form below.

Policies & Agreement

• I understand that snacks are not provided and that I may send snacks from home.
• I agree to pick up my child(ren) no later than 5:30 pm. I understand that a late fee of $1 per minute per child will be charged after that time.
• I understand that program capacity is limited to the first 15 students who register.
• Drop-ins are available only if space permits and notice is given to the BCS Office via admin@koinonia.academy. I agree to notify the office by 9:00 am if my child will attend after school care that day.
• To discontinue participation, I agree to provide two weeks’ written notice to admin@koinonia.academy.
• I authorize Base Christian School (Koinonia Christian Academy) to withdraw funds from my account on or before the 10th day of each month for payment of agreed charges.
