  • We are happy you want to apply to be our ROSE GOLD SPONSOR. There is only (1) one sponsorship package available at this level. The sponsorship is $7,500 USD, and can paid in full, or with a deposit and payment plan if approved.

    Sponsorship Application Process:

    (Step 1) - Complete this form with as much information as possible. Please include your company logo, links to your website and social media, etc. 

    (Step 2) - Please allow up to 24 hours for us to evaluate your application. 

    (Step 3) - If APPROVED, we will contact you and send a special form for you to complete to send your full payment or deposit. If not approved, or another sponsor has submitted an application before you, we will contact you and let you know, and offer other sponsor opportunities if available. 

    (Step 4) - After full payment or 20% deposit, ($1,500) is received, we will start fulfilling the press release and social media advertising portion of the sponsorship.

  • Rose Gold Sponsor Terms and Conditions:

    Purchase of this sponsorship and vendor space means that you agree to the terms and conditions here and outlined below.

    —All artwork/logos must be sent/approved for printed perks.
    —Sponsors must provide proofs for their program guides or a designed advertisement will be made for them from their logo, website and provided social media account. 

    Sponsor and Vendor Terms & Conditions:

    —Extra vendor badges (beyond the badges provided must be purchased.
    —No one is to offer any food or drink products for sale.
    —Sponsor/vendors are allowed to bring extra tables, displays, etc. to customize your exhibition area. Must not block any spaces or entryways.  
    —Wifi and power is offered free for sponsorship booths and tables.
    —No one is to offer any live action pornographic goods, (hentai, etc must be covered or censored), stolen goods or illegal items at their table. NO AI GENERATED ART! 
    —All merchandise displayed on your tables are considered your property and fall under your contract.

    DAMAGE POLICY:
    —Sponsor/vendors are not allowed to attach anything to the venue floors, walls, etc.
    —Any damage caused to any of the venue’s property (including chairs, tables, wall displays, etc.) shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor themselves.
    —If such damage claim is made, the venue hotel has express permission to contact DaggerCon LLC to obtain precise vendor contact information.
    —For safety concerns, no one is to block floor space, walkways or build your display above ten (10) foot tall.
    —All Vendors will not hold DaggerCon LLC or the venue responsible for any loses, theft, or damage to any and all private property.
    —All Vendors are responsible for the collection and submission of any applicable taxes.

    PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE:

    DaggerCon LLC will be using video, audio and photo capture at the event to be used for future promotion of the event. You, the sponsor/vendor, give us the right to use footage of your vendor table/booth as well as you and your staff, guests, etc for promotion of the event. 

    **Payment plan after 20% is determined in equal monthly installments with the last payment being due March 1, 2026. All payments are non-refundable, unless ENTIRE convention is cancelled. If cancelled, then refund will be given minus the face value of services already rendered to the sponsor.
