    AUTUMN TERM 2025 Belleville Webb's: Tuesdays before school at 8am. Dates: 16 September 2025 to 9 December 2025 . Belleville Meteor Street : Fridays after school at 3.30pm. Dates: 19 September 2025 to 12 December 2025.

  • Terms & Conditions – Public Speaking & Debating Club

    By registering your child for the Public Speaking & Debating Club, you agree to the following terms: 

    1. Registration & Payment

    A place in the club is secured once full payment has been received.
    Fees are payable per term in advance and are non-refundable, except in the event of club cancellation.
    Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

    2. Attendance & Behaviour

    Regular attendance helps children make the most of the club.
    Children are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and peers.
    Disruptive behaviour that prevents learning may result in a child being asked to leave the session. In serious or repeated cases, their place in the club may be withdrawn.

    3. Safeguarding & Supervision

    The club operates under Belleville Primary School's safeguarding policies.
    Parents/carers must ensure their child is collected promptly at the end of each session. 

    4. Missed Sessions

    Refunds or discounts are not available for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other absences.
    If the instructor is unavailable and a session cannot take place, a replacement session will be offered where possible.

    5. Learning Outcomes

    The aim of the club is to build confidence, communication, and critical thinking skills.
    Every child progresses differently; no specific results can be guaranteed.

    6. Use of Materials & Recordings

    All lesson plans, resources, and teaching materials remain the property of the instructor.
    Photos or recordings will only be taken with parental consent.

    7. Health & Safety

    Please inform the instructor of any medical needs, allergies, or special requirements before the start of term.
    Parents remain responsible for updating the instructor if circumstances change.
