This is not a grant writing service. Our role is to support and guide your organization as you write your own grants. Think of us as your technical partner — helping you interpret, refine, and strengthen your proposal so it has a greater chance of success.

How We Provide Support (Flex Format):

In Writing – Written feedback, suggestions, and technical notes.
In Video – Recorded explanations, walkthroughs, and coaching.
Formal Consultation – One-on-one sessions with your assigned consultant as scheduled by your consultant.

What’s Included:

Guidance on interpreting RFP/NOFO requirements.
Direction/Coaching on narrative development, budget guidance, and compliance.
Feedback on drafts, with written and/or verbal notes.
Templates and document guidance where appropriate.

What’s Not Included:

We are not writing the grant application for you.
Development of narratives, budgets, or attachments is not included.

However, if you decide you’d like us to develop materials on your behalf, this may be provided at an additional cost.

Rate & Terms:

Support is billed at $75 per hour for non-state, non-municipal, non-federal, etc. grant.

Support is billed at $150 per hour for all grants that do not meet the above ($75 per hour rate) criteria.

You remain the applicant of record; we are your technical support team.
