Advisor & Student Delegate Registration

The information needed below per delegate is minimal, but we ask that you list each delegate's email and mobile number (not just your own number). After you hit the submit button below, you'll receive a chapter invoice for your total convention fees by email. Also, each delegate will be sent an email containing a pre-conference form to complete prior to the convention.
Add Advisor Delegates
After adding your advisors, tell us who will be your Voting Advisor delegate. (Each chapter gets 1 voting advisor delegate for purposes of regional and national voting during the conference.)
Add Student Delegates
After adding your students, tell us who will be your Voting Student delegate. (Each chapter gets 1 voting student delegate for purposes of regional and national voting during the conference.)
Note: Full-event guest passes will not be available this year. If you would like to bring a guest to a particular dinner function, please contact the National Office to discuss.
Shared Doubles Reservations
All students participating in the Shared Doubles Program must be undergraduate students who have been made aware of the program's rules. Only one student of each gender listed can be registered for the Shared Doubles program. All other room reservations must be made directly with the hotel.

Any students registered for Shared Doubles must also be registered to attend the convention via the "add a student delegate" button earlier in this form.

The fee for 2026 Shared Doubles housing is $128.80 per person per night. The full housing payment per student is due by March 1.
