Waiver and Release of Liability
By registering for, participating in, or volunteering for the Major Brent Taylor Memorial Ruck, I acknowledge that I understand the physical risks involved, including injury or illness, and I voluntarily assume all such risks for myself and for each participant I register. I certify that I, and each runner I am registering, are physically able to participate, and I accept responsibility for ensuring their readiness.

I release, waive, and hold harmless the Major Brent Taylor Foundation, its officers, employees, agents, and all event volunteers from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or volunteer activities, for myself and for each individual included in this registration.

I authorize event organizers to provide emergency medical treatment if necessary for myself or any participant I register, and I assume responsibility for any associated costs.

I also consent, on behalf of myself and all participants I register, to the use of our images in photos or videos related to this event for promotional purposes.

For minors I register: I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) listed, that I have the legal authority to consent on their behalf, and that this waiver and release applies fully to them.
