2026 National Convention Member Presentation Form

Please review the Member Presentation Guidelines before registering to make a convention presentation.

The deadline to register a member presentation is Jan. 20, 2026.

Your presentation will be assigned a day and time slot by the National Office. Presentations will be grouped by academic discipline. Due to the nature of the scheduling process, we do not take requests for specific days or slots.

Programming Note: Members wishing to give a poster-based presentation will do so in a regular, timed session on Friday or Saturday. There will be an easel in each presenter room with clips for attaching the poster.

Audio-Visual Equipment Needs
- Powerpoint presentations must be compatible with the most recent version of Microsoft PowerPoint and brought on a USB drive. AX will not collect or pre-load presentations. It is your responsibility to bring an extra copy of your media and a printed copy of your slides for your own use in case technical issues arise during your session.
- Alpha Chi cannot guarantee the availability of any other presentation software. If you want to use a program other than PowerPoint, please contact the national office at 800-477-4225 to see what is possible.
- If you need musical accompaniment or equipment other than what is listed below, you must provide it. A practice time can be arranged at check-in on Thursday.
- The AV setup for all rooms will include a laptop, LCD projector/screen, and an easel.
