FFI Detention Hotline Outage Reporting Form
The FFI National Detention Hotline should be available on the DTS pro bono platform at all ICE detention facilities, including local jails or prisons that are contracted to house persons in ICE custody. If the Hotline is not operating at a particular facility, please report any issues persons in detention have experienced so we can address it. The Hotline should be operational Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm PT, 11am-11pm ET. If this is the first time you’ve heard about the Hotline, please visit this website to learn more about what we do!
