Tourist Visa Request

Please, read all the question guidelines before uploading a file.
To apply for a visa at the Consulate General of Argentina, the applicant must be able to physically visit our office and must therefore be in one of the following states at the time of application: Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Hawaii, Pacific Islands.

Visa applications must be completed at least 40 days before the planned date of travel and no more than 89 days before.

Applications are considered formally completed once the mandatory interview takes place.

Applications submitted outside this time frame may not be considered.

It is your responsibility to check each of the next items. If your application is incomplete, you will not get an appointment.

If there are many people applying for the visa, “each” visa application must have a copy of all the visa requirements.

Walk-ins are strictly prohibited. Do not compromise the staff of the diplomatic mission.

Must include your name on it, for the length of your stay in Argentina. If you are staying in various places in the country, you need to prove the reservation in all places. If you are staying in a friend’s home, she/he has to write a letter saying the dates that you are going to stay, address, telephone number and your friend´s D.N.I. number (is the Argentinean ID number). The letter has to be signed in front of a Escribano (Notary) and legalized by the Colegio de Escribanos (Notary´s Board). Cancelof
