Master Gardener Volunteer Opportunities: Please mark your interests. Check with Edward Oehlman regarding individual projects which may meet Purdue Extension Volunteer guidelines.
Monroe County Courthouse Native Gardens - Pam Roberts, coordinator: Help with planting, maintaining, and labeling the native landscape
Monroe County Education Committee - Deb Allmayer, coordinator. Help secure speakers or other gardening events of interest to our community
MCMGA Membership Committee - Terri Vicenzi, coordinator. Help develop initiatives and programs aimed at increasing and maintaining membership in MCMGA.
WonderGarden - Nancy White, coordinator. Part of the WonderLab Museum of Science, MCMGA volunteers design, maintain, and mentor community volunteer groups as they learn best gardening practices.
MCMGA Garden Fair - Ed Kitchen and Dorothy Cole-Kiser, coordinators. Many volunteer opportunities including physical arrangements, publicity, cafe, children's crafts, sponsors & advertisers, and vendors.
Monroe County Fair - Diana Young, coordinator. Help with fair entries and provide coverage in the Community building
Hilltop Gardens - Georgia Vaught, coordinator. Help with general garden maintenance and other special projects that Hilltop provides for the community.
