The goal is to not leave any "footprint" of WHCT behind after clean-up. Here is the way the building should look after a Tues or Weds event. Here is the way the building should look after a Thurs, Fri, or Sat event.
1. Take pictures of each room (different angles as needed) you are using BEFORE you begin any set-up. This includes a picture of the contents of each refrigerator, the closet off of the fellowship hall, the hallways, all bathrooms, the lobby, the kitchen, the outdoor spaces plus parking lot, the copy closet off of the sanctuary, and the sanctuary.
2. Please make notes as needed (ie if something was broken when you got to it & include photo, if something was missing, extra clean-up items left that was not from the event but you cleaned up anyway, etc...
3. You'll find cleaning supplies, trashbags, paper products, brooms, vacuum, etc... in front closet next to front girls' restroom, in the large closet with the white fridge in the fellowship hall, and sometimes by the WHCT copier/closet in the copy room off of the sanctuary.
4.Vacuum any areas used that required vacuuming.
5. Removed food from the refrigerator(s) in the kitchen unless left with permission.
6.Lock all doors that were unlocked. Pull/push door tight to make sure they are "clicked" after they are locked.
7. Bring all food trash and event trash to the dumpster in the parking lot, and put new liners in the trash cans.
8. Neaten up bathrooms: Replenish toilet paper and paper towels if needed in all bathrooms. Clean up any trash on the floor and water on counters in bathrooms. Push down paper towels in trash.
9. Turn off all non-automatic lights: 100 room wing classes, office, & halls, sanctuary, any rooms off the sanctuary like the sensory room, copy room, and office.
10. Put key back in lockbox if it was taken out being sure door was locked first.
