What you need to know:
- The contact lens fitting period is 60 days from your exam or training.
- New wearers must return in 1–2 weeks for a safety check.
If the fitting is not completed within 60 days:
- An $80 fee will apply for additional visits or new trial lenses.
- The doctor may change your lenses or prescription if needed for safety.
If contact lenses are not successful:
- Unopened, undamaged boxes (purchased within 12 months) may be refunded.
- Exam and fitting fees are non-refundable.
If insurance was used:
- Stopping within 60 days will not allow new benefits for another trial.
- If canceled, benefits are restored within 48 hours.
Final prescription:
- If you do not return within 60 days, the last trial lenses will become your final prescription.
- A finalized prescription is valid for 1 year.
- After expiration, a new exam is required before additional lenses may be ordered.
