In the event that a division does not have at least three registered teams, the Festival Steering Committee reserves the right to move a team from one division to another for race heat scheduling and competition awards. All divisions may be limited based on schedule availability.

Participants must submit a waiver for each team they paddle on.

No participant may paddle for more than one team in the same division. If you have a paddler in multiple divisions, please inform the race organizers for potential race scheduling conflicts. There's no guarantee that the race schedule will be able to accommodate a paddler in different divisions. No refunds shall be given for any reasons. Send your money using the AZDBA (Name: The Arizona Dragon Boat Association) email address: treasurer@azdba.org and in the notes/memo type in your team name so you will get credit for your payment. Note: if you do not provide your team(s) name we won't know that you've paid! Once the transaction is complete, the money will go directly to AZDBA within minutes.
