2025–2026 DeWitt Youth Basketball Registration
⏰ Sign-Ups will Close: Wednesday, October 29th, 2025
**(No late sign ups will be accepted this season unless a team needs to be filled.)**
📩 Registration Information
• Details about registration fees, insurance and uniform cost will be sent to the email address you provide.
***There will be an In Person Parent Meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2025 that will require a parent or legal guardian to attend before any child can participate in DeWitt Youth Basketball* (Parent Meeting Location will be provided via email)***
🗓️ Team Coaches & Practice Dates
• Teams coaches are community volunteers.
Team coaches will be announced at the scheduled parent meeting.
• Practice Dates & Times:
“Practices are an important part of having a great season. Each team’s practice days and times will depend on when the coach is available. Once the teams are set, coaches will get their player list and parent contact information so they can reach out directly with practice details.
🏀 Game Days
• Pre-K Division: Games will be scheduled based on the total amount of participation and coaches availability. Our plan is to add in some Saturday games if we have enough volunteer coaches and to add in some Sunday afternoon games.
• K-6th Division: Games are scheduled during the week & Saturdays. K-6th Teams will have Home & Away games.
🏀 Game Schedules
Game schedules will not be finalized until November 2025. Since our program is part of a league, the schedule has to be coordinated and agreed upon by all the towns and programs involved. As soon as the schedule is set, we’ll make sure to share it with everyone so everyone will have plenty of time to plan.
***We are holding sign-ups during the month of October so that we can have all team information ready for the league meeting and make sure uniforms are designed and delivered before the season starts. Please note that all uniforms and shooting tops are custom hand-sewn, and the turnaround time is typically 3–5 weeks.***
