I confirm that the information provided in this form is accurate and truthful.
I understand that participation in social sessions is subject to behavioural suitability and welfare assessment, both prior to and during the session.
I acknowledge that while Happy Hounds staff will supervise and manage the group, owners remain responsible for the ongoing management of their own dog’s behaviour throughout the session.
I understand that dogs may be separated, managed individually, or asked to leave the session if they become overstimulated, distressed, or display behaviour that compromises the safety or welfare of themselves, other dogs, owners, or staff.
I accept that if my dog is removed from the session for these reasons, no refund will be issued, as the decision is made in the interest of safety and welfare.
I agree to comply with all Happy Hounds Training Academy policies and staff instructions at all times.
