Manufacturing Breakfast Nominations
Please fill out the form to nominate one of your employees, managers, or owners for dedication to your company. One nominee per company (please reach out to Becky if you feel more than one of your representatives are deserving of this recognition).The breakfast will be held on Wednesday, October 14th (doors open at 7:00am, breakfast at 7:30am, and program at 8:00am) at Galion Grace Point. Each manufacturer will get 2 complimentary tickets. RSVP no later than Wednesday, September 30th. Email blutz@crawfordcountychamber.org or call 419-562-4811 with any questions. When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
