We're here for the love of art but you don't have to be a professional artist to register!
Artists may begin at 8am (eastern) on September 13th, 2025.
The public may begin voting as early as noon: artists will be asked to stop at 4pm and the winners will announced at 4:30pm.
Rules:
• All creations must be made exclusively with water-soluble chalk.
• Each person to register will receive a set of sidewalk chalk. Please bring any extra supplies you think you will need (i.e., chairs, water, containers, and brushes etc.)
Prohibited Subjects:
Chalk Walk artists that create squares with any of the following subject matter may be asked to stop and/or paint over their square:
• Violence, pornography
• Hateful imagery or inflammatory messages toward any individual or groups of people
Space Assignments:
• Spaces are given out randomly on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some spaces may have cracks and color r texture variations. We will not be able to move you to another square if one is not available.
