*The YMCA maintains the authority to cancel a facility use permit at any time.
*Each group is responsible for the conduct of the group with a designated leader, who signs the rental agreement.
*This group leader is responsible for any loss or damage to YMCA facilities and equipment caused by the group.
*Rental agreement and FFYMCA Terms & Conditions Form must be signed and returned to Rentals Manager before the rental can be reserved.
*Payment in full is required two weeks before the rental date. There are no refunds.
*All decorations must not be nailed to the walls. Masking tape or scotch tape may be used. Al decorations must be removed after the rental.
