  • MINISTRY PROPOSAL AND FUNDING REQUEST

  • INTRODUCTION:

    Thank you for your interest in partnering with the churches of Classis Hackensack of the Christian Reformed Church. Our grants are aimed to empower churches to multiply disciples by supporting them in the work of planting new churches, supporting and starting new campus ministries and by initiating church renewal and outreach programs to more effectively reach their communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

    Please complete online or print out and submit this form to grants@mamworks.org Applications are received and reviewed on a rolling basis. Renewing grant applications are due by September 14th to be considered for funding in that same year. New grant applications will become available soon and will be due by January 31st.

    Along with your application please provide:

    1. Copy of your Resume and New Ministry Job or Project Description.

    2. A letter of recommendation from your current church pastor and signed by the church's council.
