Southwestern Schools Academic Fund Grant Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in the Southwestern Schools Academic Fund. This fund supports projects and programs that positively impact students’ academic growth and success at Southwestern Schools.

Please complete and submit the following grant interest form to be eligible for a grant. The purpose of this fund is to provide support to Southwestern Consolidated Schools for staff development related to education, technology support, reference materials, tutors for students, as well as job counseling, classroom projects, field excursions, guest speakers, convocations, and academic extracurricular activities.

This form will be submitted to Jordan England, Grants & Nonprofit Relations Director at Blue River Community Foundation, and then shared with a review team representing Southwestern Schools. They will help determine the next steps and will follow up with the grant contact listed.
