Street: Three or four rider heats, 2-minute heats.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that the activity of Action Sports and using the GBASO facility involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment malfunctions, and injury to myself and others.

2. Assumption of Risk

By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks with myself and child associated with participating in activities at GBASO whether foreseen or unforeseen.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless GBASO INC., its owners, employees, sponsors, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in activities at the facility, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above-mentioned parties.

4. Use of Photos and Videos

I hereby grant GBASO INC. permission to take and use photographs, video recordings, or other images of me for promotional, marketing, and any other purposes, without compensation. I understand that my image may be used in print publications, digital, TV, online publications, websites, and social media platforms.

5. Helmet Requirement

I understand and agree to wear a helmet at all times while participating in activities at GBASO INC. I acknowledge that failure to wear a helmet may increase the risk of injury and that GBASO INC. reserves the right to refuse entry or ask me to leave if I am not in compliance with this requirement.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBASO INC., its owners, employees, representatives, and agents against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including legal fees, arising from or relating to my use of the facility or my breach of this Agreement.

7. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the content of this waiver, and I agree to its terms and conditions.
