  • Detailed Description of Event: Please describe the purpose of your event, the target audience, expected number of attendees, activities planned (e.g., presentations, networking, food/drink service), and any equipment or setup needs you anticipate.

  • Setup & Cleanup: 

    • Agents may begin setup no earlier than 2 hours prior to the event start time. 
    • All clean up must be completed by the end of the day of the event, unless otherwise approved. 
    • The space must be returned to its original condition, include: 
      • Furniture reset to original layout
      • Trash properly disposed of 
      • Decorations, signage, and other materials removed 
      • Floors swept and surfaces wiped if necessary
  • Terms & Conditions:

    1. Responsibility: The agent is fully responsible for any damages caused during setup, the event, or cleanup.

    2. Access: The agent is responsible for coordinating access to the space and securing it upon departure.

    3. Noise & Conduct: Events must not disrupt other occupants of the building. Excessive noise or unruly behavior may result in loss of event privileges.

    4. Capacity: Events must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the space.

    5. Alcohol & Catering: If alcohol is served or outside vendors are brought in, prior written approval is required.

    6. Office Equipment/Technology: Use of any office equipment (e.g., projectors, printers) must be pre-approved. Any borrowed items must be returned in working order.

    7. Public Space: Any activities that will be happening in front of the office space or parking lot, need to be approved by landlord 2 weeks prior to event.

    By signing below, I agree to comply with the above policies for use of The Adams Group office space for my event. I understand that failure to do so may result in restrictions on future use and/or fees for damages or additional cleaning.
