OPT-OUT OF KAMSC 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR FIELD TRIPS
Dear Parent/Guardian:

At some point during the 2025-2026 school year, your child will be eligible to participate in activities that require transportation to a location away from the school building. These activities will take place under the guidance and supervision of a Kalamazoo Area Mathematics and Science Center Staff member.

This "Opt-Out" form is required before the selected trip, should you choose to withdraw permission for an individual field trip.

All events will be announced to students and families when details are available.
