Check In / Check Out

These individuals will be stationed at the registration table and will arrive early for instruction on how to properly check in attendees and check out auction winners.

Ushers / Live Auction Bid Recorder

These individuals will be starting the evening assisting attendees with finding their seats, and then shifting to live auction bid recording where they will be seated at a small table beside the stage and record the bidding numbers and the final amount bid for the live auction items sold. At the end of the live auction, they will provide this to the auction check-out team after the live auction, in order for credit cards to be charged.

Ushers / Live Auction Spotter

These individuals will be starting the evening assisting attendees with finding their seats, and then shifting to live auction bid recording where they will assist in identifying live auction bidders in the ballroom. We want outgoing, bold volunteers for this role!

Coat Check

These individuals take attendee coats and give them coat check tags to hang on to until the program ends. Coats will be organized on hangers in order by number for easy finding when people come back with their tag numbers.
