This is part of an effort to show that our community exists, has needs, and deserves to be seen and supported. Your voice matters and will help shape future funding, resources, and research that centers our lives.
    This survey takes about 5–10 minutes to complete. All questions are multiple choice, and your responses are confidential — we don’t ask for your name, and you can skip any question you don’t want to answer.
