  • TERMS & CONDITIONS
    1. Booking & Retainer
    All events require a non-refundable Event Planner Retainer to secure the event date. Your date is not officially reserved until the retainer has been received and confirmed. Retainers are applied toward planning services and calendar reservation only.

    2. Payments
    Final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services with no refund of prior payments. All payment arrangements will be in writing on a separate contract. 

    3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.
    Client may request to reschedule one (1) time with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
    Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit all payments made.


    4. Décor Materials
    Unless otherwise stated, décor materials are not included in package pricing and will be billed separately. Décor designs may vary slightly based on availability of materials while maintaining the agreed theme and aesthetic.

    5. Client Responsibilities
    Client agrees to provide accurate event details, venue access times, and clear communication. Veeluxe Decor & Events LLC is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, vendor delays, or lack of client access.

    6. Venue Rules & Restrictions
    Client is responsible for ensuring décor and setup are permitted by the venue. Any additional fees, penalties, or damages imposed by the venue are the responsibility of the client.

    7. Liability Damage, Rented Equipment & 
    Veeluxe Decor & Events LLC may rent décor items, equipment, or specialty rentals (including but not limited to marquees, photo booths, furniture, or specialty props) from third-party vendors to fulfill event needs.

    Client understands and agrees that:

    Any rented items used during the event remain the property of the third-party vendor.
    Client assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to rented items caused by guests, invitees, children, pets, or venue staff during the event timeframe.
    If damage, loss, or theft occurs, Client agrees to reimburse Veeluxe Decor & Events LLC for all repair, replacement, or vendor penalty fees charged to Veeluxe Decor & Events LLC.
    Veeluxe Decor & Events LLC is not responsible for damages caused by guest misuse, negligence, or failure to follow usage guidelines provided at the event.

    8. Weather & Outdoor Events
    For outdoor events, client assumes all weather-related risks. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

    9. Photography & Marketing
    Veeluxe Decor & Events LLC reserves the right to photograph completed décor and event setups for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

    10. Acceptance
    By booking services with Veeluxe Decor & Events LLC, client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
