    We are thrilled to announce the return of our All-Girls STEAM Camp this Fall and it’s going to be out of this world! 

    ‼️Below you will find camp locations, dates and times. All Camps will begin October 2025!

    This season’s theme is SPACE EXPLORATION!

    ‼️Cost- $45/ month- includes 2 sessions plus snacks, drinks, and all supplies. Must pay monthly. Sessions are not sold individually.

    🌟 Sibling discounts are available- 10% OFF each additional child.

    • Parsons ES: Camps will be held on select Mondays listed below    3:30 PM - 6:00PM 

    October 6th and 20th |  November 3rd and 17th |  December 1st and 8th 

    • Mason ES: Camps will be held on select Tuesdays listed below     3:30PM- 6:00 PM (Your child will be dismissed to Sprouting Minds EC at 3PM)

    • Reminder: Only the Parent/Guardian/Emergency Contact/ or any additional authorized adults listed below will be allowed to pick up your child WITH a valid ID. 
    • SMEC Fall STEAM Camp Liability Waiver 
    • I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby release and hold harmless Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while my child is participating in the Camp.

       Pick-Up Policy: For the safety of all participants, only the parent/guardian listed on the registration form may pick up my child. A valid legal photo ID is required at the time of pick-up. No exceptions will be made.

       Timely Pick-Up Agreement: Camp ends promptly at 6:00 PM. I agree to pick up my child on time. I understand that a late fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed after 6:00 PM.

    • Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club occasionally takes photographs and/or videos of program activities for promotional purposes, including use on the website, social media, and printed materials.

       I understand that my child’s image may be used in these materials, and that I am not entitled to any monetary compensation now or in the future for the use of such images.

    • Emergency Authorization 
    • I, undersigned, agree with the following statements:

      In the event of an emergency, I authorize Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club staff to take all necessary steps to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that Northside Hospital Duluth (3620 Howell Ferry Rd, Duluth, GA 30096) will be the designated medical facility for emergency care if needed. I also authorize transportation to this facility if necessary.

      ⭐️ 2 or more children- $135 Total for All 3 Months. This price includes up to 3 children. There will be additional $8 charge per child beyond the max number alotted.

    • General Information

      •  Camp runs after school dismissal until designated pick-up time.
      •  Students are checked in/out using Attendance Tracker app.
      •  Pick-up and drop-off occur at the front of the school. Parents/guardians must present ID that matches the authorized pick-up list.
      •  Staff escort students from classrooms to the camp location.
      •  Please refrain from ringing the front doorbell, as there are no staff onsite to aid you. Please use (470) 785-5333 & (678) 488-1236 for any communication.

      Expectations 

      • Respect yourself, peers, staff, and property.
      • Follow instructions the first time given.
      • Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
      • Use positive and proper language.
      • Stay engaged and participate in activities.

      Positive Reinforcement

      •  Praise and recognition for positive behavior
      •  Earning classroom or group incentives
      •  Opportunities for leadership roles and responsibilities

      Disciplinary Steps

      Step 1: Verbal reminder of rules.
      Step 2:Cool-down time away from activity.
      Step 3:Parent notified of behavior.
      Step 4:Conference with parent and removal from program.

      Emergency Preparedness

      • Fire/Tornado: Students escorted to designated safe zones.

      • Lockdown: Students remain secured in classrooms until cleared.

      • Medical: First aid provided; parents and emergency contacts notified immediately.

      • Evacuation: Relocation site will be communicated via phone/email.

      Additional Information

      • Snacks are provided daily. Notify staff of allergies in advance.

      • Students should wear comfortable clothing for movement and activities.

      • Please be on time for pick-up. Late fees will apply.

      • Contact staff with any updates to authorized pick-up list.
