Submitting this form is a request to book and does not confirm your place. Our team will review your form and send you the invoice for your $500 deposit to secure your spot. Your place is confirmed once we have accepted your booking and received your $500 deposit.

Whitsundays Tall Ship Experience Inclusions:

Accomodation: 4 days / 4 nights on board the Solway Lass Tall Ship among the beautiful Whitsunday Islands.

Food: All meals, coffee tea, water and snacks included and prepared on board. Special Dietary requirements are fully catered for. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the trip price but can be purchased on board from the ship’s bar at very reasonable prices.

Cost:

Single cabin (share bathroom): AUD 2,995
One person in twin share cabin (shared bathroom, we will match you with a roommate): AUD 2,595
Twin / Double cabin (with ensuite): AUD 5,200 for the entire cabin (max 2 people)
Twin cabin (shared bathroom): AUD 5,000 for the entire cabin (max 2 people)
Triple cabin (shared bathroom): AUD 6,600 for the entire cabin (max 3 people)
Quad cabin (shared bathroom): AUD 8,200 for the entire cabin (max 4 people)

All cabins are small and space is tight.

There will be a maximum group size of 18 people.

Prices include above mentioned inclusions. Payments are made via bank transfer.

Please note: This is an active experience, a moderate level of fitness and mobility is recommended

Travel Information:

The experience starts at 4pm on Tuesday 10th August 2027 and ends on Saturday 14th August 2027 at 11 am. The experience starts and ends at the Marina in Airlie Beach. Flights / transfers to and from the Marina are not included.

If you are flying into Airlie Beach on the first day (we recommend that you arrive a day early), your flight will needs to arrive by 2pm in order for you to comfortably join the tour. If you are departing on the final day, please book flights no earlier than 2pm.

Please note:

The balance of your payment is due 90 days before departure. If you cancel at least 6 months prior to departure you will receive a full refund (including deposit).
If you cancel your booking within 6 months but more than 90 days before the start of the adventure, we will refund 50% of your deposit. If you cancel your booking less than 90 days before the start of the adventure, we will not refund any of the cost of the adventure unless we can transfer your booking. If we cancel the adventure for any reason, we will refund the full cost of the adventure.
